A certificate of occupancy has been given to Boater's Warehouse from Charlotte County. Boater's Warehouse is officially turned over to its owner, Mark Burpee.

June 30 , 2008

Hurricane shutters, overhead doors and parking lot stripping are complete. Final inspections are being done today.

June 6, 2008

Completing the final stages of Boater's Warehouse. The curbing, paving and side walks and being poured. The landscaping will start upon the above completion.
